PROJECT: Create a memorable direct-mail campaign for a graphic design company. We wanted to make a unique piece that would use humor to address the most common complaints people have when they work with designers, and explain how Spark Design was different.*

SOLUTION: To go beyond the standard brochure or flyer, I created a three-dimensional, die cut pain reliever “bottle” and coordinating product box mailed with an engaging teaser on the label. This nearly-literal interpretation of a client’s pain points got significant positive responses from 20% of the potential clients who received them, garnered three new clients, and uncovered several leads—creating an ROI four times the out-of-pocket investment.
